A PIECE OF NEWS THAT YOU MAY NOT AS YET HAVE HEARD IS THAT ‘yourbus’ OF HEANOR, DERBYSHIRE HAS CEASED OPERATING AS FROM TODAYS DATE (04/10/2019).

With there being more space in the halls at the NEC, there were only three buses outside.
One of them was the joint ‘BYD/Alexander Dennis Ltd.’ (ADL) Enviro400EVCity which is ADL’s entry in the electric double decker market.
With 37 already destined for ‘Metroline’ in London it would already appear to be a guaranteed success.
It was running demonstrations and it was so quiet. The only sound was the gentle hiss coming from the tyres on the road,
I had a word with the driver who seemed well please with the bus.
