‘Scene’ at the ‘Heritage Shunters Trust’ at Rowsley, Derbyshire on Dennis Basford’s railsroadsrunways.blogspot.co.uk’

 

 

British Railways Class 05 No. D2587, a class of 69 units built between 1955 and 1961 of which four have been preserved.

 

These are D2554 at the ‘Isle of Wight Steam Railway’

 

D2578 at Moreton Business Park, Herefordshire. 

 

D2595 at the ‘Ribble Steam Railway’.  

 

And of course D2587 here in Derbyshire.
