I believe the bus is being operated by ‘powells’ part of the ‘hct’ group which took over ‘Powells of Hellaby’ in 2018.
‘hct’ group having its roots in the London based ‘Hackney Community Transport’ although they have come a long way since those days.
‘ct plus’ also being a part of ‘hct’.
New to ‘Reading Transport’ registered YN08 HYW and numbered 859 by them.
Sold on to ’Wheelers’ of North Baddesley, Southampton.
I understand that the P3 WTL might be a heritage registration of Wheelers ie ‘Wheelers Travel Ltd’??
By coincidence, I took a photograph of this bus in Reading in full Reading livery in 2016.
It appears in my blog dated 20/08/2016.
