‘Scene’ in Nottingham in ‘Lilac Time’ on ‘Dennis Basford’s railsroadsrunways.blogspot.co.uk

‘Nottingham City Transport’s Scania, gas powered Alexander Dennis City bodied double deckers continue trickling into service.

Red, Green and Silver are already at work (see blogs dated 02/08/17 and 13/07/17).

This time it’s the ‘Lilac Line’ getting new buses.

Personally, I think this livery is insipid. The white lettering almost disappearing on a very bright sunny day.
