The town of Stockport lies to the South of Manchester astride the A6.
It is very much part of ‘Greater Manchester’ and has a rich transport history on both rail and road.
Largely a ‘Stagecoach Manchester’ town, however there are ‘Other Operators’.

However, it was properly upholstered, ran well, had a good turn of speed and was almost rattle and squeak free.
